Event date changed
If guests have not yet used your gallery, we will move the date once free of charge when you contact us no later than the original event day. The new date must fall within the permitted range shown at activation.

The demo is free and needs no sign-up. For a purchased gallery, the following voluntary terms apply in addition to your statutory rights.
Unused invitation add-on
You can cancel the invitation and RSVP add-on free of charge while no guest response has been saved. This applies to that add-on's price.
No contributions, no risk
If no photo, video or guestbook message arrives by 23:59 on the event day (German server time), we will refund the gallery price on request. Ask within seven days. The logged server time is decisive; an upload started and technically accepted before the deadline counts in your favour. The gallery is not locked automatically. Used add-ons are not refunded under this promise.
How to make a request
Send us the purchase e-mail address or Etsy order number. Please do not send a private admin link. We will check the details and reply personally.
