How to collect photos from wedding guests
A simple plan for gathering every perspective from your celebration, from sending invitations to saving the final collection.
Prepare before the event
Set up the gallery with your event name and date. Print the QR code for tables or invitations. If you use the invitation add-on, enter the venue, time and reply deadline in your admin dashboard.
Help guests contribute
Put the QR code where guests will see it. One scan opens the upload page in a phone browser. A welcome message and optional photo challenges can encourage guests to share moments throughout the event.
Enjoy the photos together
Use the separate live-wall link on a TV or projector. New photos appear within seconds; you decide which images and guestbook messages may be shown.
Save the collection
After the event, download all media as a ZIP file and the guestbook as a PDF. Your gallery stays available for 180 days from the event date, with reminders before deletion.
