Contact / report content
Contact for users, authorities, data protection requests and reports of illegal content: Gregor Machuletz, kontakt@letizgalerie.de. We are happy to answer in English. Requests are handled by a person, not exclusively automatically. If you bought on Etsy, you can also simply send us a message on Etsy.
Report content
Please state exactly where the content is and explain why it is illegal. If you do not have a link, a description of the event, the image and the rights affected will help. Please do not send any further sensitive recordings or secret admin links unsolicited.
Please give your name and an e-mail address where we can reach you, together with a statement that your information is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge. Where provided for by law, in particular for reports concerning offences under Art. 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, name and e-mail address are not required.
The link only opens your e-mail program; your report is only sent when you send it there. If you give a contact address, we confirm receipt and inform you about our decision and possible remedies. A report is also possible without a customer account.
Data protection and withdrawal
We also accept access and erasure requests at this address. The cancellation policy with model form is on a separate page, and you can withdraw online at Withdraw from contract. A clear statement is sufficient; admin access is not required.
Information on how we process your request: privacy policy.
